It was late Fall when I came upon this area in the woods. The rocks, the fallen leaves and branches, the birches without leaves seemed to be the essence of this kind of country. It seemed just the place one would find a wolf although there was none there at that time. It seemed hard not add a wolf, a male alpha wolf seemed just the one. And so I did.
